Jack is new around here (ie: we're testing Jack), but Jack knows ENERCALC's documentation and FAQ.

However, he will not answer questions outside the context of ENERCALC - other than questions about his backstory.

If Jack answers incorrectly (in full or in part), please email support@enercalc.com so we can have a HR conversation with him and provide him with the answer he should have proposed.

As we provide Jack with corrections and adjustments to his answers, he will improve.

Please note: Jack is NOT intended to, nor will Jack become a replacement for the people of ENERCALC.

In fact, we recently hired a new product support engineer with 10 years of experience with our software.

However, Jack is available 24 x 7 x 365 and could be useful to you in the evenings or on a weekend when you need an answer from our support team before the next business day. Rest assured, he'll never replace the ENERCALC team.
